Is my journal private?

Yes. Journal entries are encrypted on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What does the AI Coach do with my entries?

When you ask the AI Coach to reflect, that content is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not allow it to be used to train models. The AI Coach is a wellbeing tool, not a medical or emergency service.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Lyveira → Cancel Subscription.

How do I export or delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Export My Data to download a copy, or Settings → Delete Account to permanently remove your data.
